**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, write, and revise CNC programs (Fanuc/Siemens/other controllers) for turning/milling centers.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to generate accurate machining instructions.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds based on material and machine capabilities.
- Conduct first-piece inspections and make necessary program adjustments.
- Work closely with machine operators and quality inspectors to ensure accurate production.
- Maintain and update program documentation and tool lists.
- Optimize machining processes for productivity and tool life.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CNC programs, tooling, or machining processes.
- Maintain proper records of programs, revisions, and related documents.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing setup (preferably brass industry).
- Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Edgecam, Fusion 360).
- Solid understanding of machining operations, tools, and materials (brass, etc.).
- Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / other CNC control systems.
- Knowledge of quality control tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
