**CHITKARA UNIVERSITY is looking for a Program Manager/Career Counsellor for the Online Education Department.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Career Counseling: Provide comprehensive career counseling services to individuals, including career assessments, goal-setting, skills evaluation, and exploration of educational and professional opportunities.

2. Course Selection and Recommendation: Assess clients' needs, interests, and career objectives to recommend suitable courses or educational programs that align with their goals. Tailor recommendations based on factors such as industry trends, job market demands, and individual preferences.

3. Course Sales and Enrollment: Actively promote and sell courses or educational programs to prospective students, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of each offering. Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective students, maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing support throughout the decision-making and enrollment process. Build rapport and trust to enhance the likelihood of successful course enrollment.

6. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve enrollment targets and maximize revenue generation. Utilize various sales techniques, including lead generation, networking, and promotional activities, to attract prospective students.

7. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their educational journey. Serve as a resource for information and guidance on course content, requirements, and career pathways.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors’ is a must. Preference would be given to people with Post Graduation.
- Proven experience in career counseling, student advising, or educational counseling.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving enrollment targets or sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Knowledge of educational programs, courses, and certifications relevant to various industries and career paths.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
