Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team, specializing in presenting educational programs and opportunities to universities and schools in the Tricity area. As an Academic Counselor - Tricity Presenter, you will be responsible for delivering engaging presentations to students, parents, and educators, promoting our institution's academic offerings, scholarships, and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct presentations at universities and schools within the Tricity area to showcase our institution's programs, campus facilities, and opportunities.
- Provide personalized academic counseling to students and parents, addressing their questions and concerns regarding admissions, programs of study, and career pathways.
- Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and university personnel to organize and schedule presentation events.
- Stay informed about current educational trends, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities to effectively advise students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education community, including university admissions offices and high school counseling departments.
- Assist in organizing and attending educational fairs, workshops, and other recruitment events to promote our institution's brand and attract prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of presentation schedules, attendee feedback, and student inquiries for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or recruitment in the education sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educational professionals.
- Willingness to travel within the Tricity area for presentation events.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,515.11 per month
