**Job Type**: Full-Time 12pm to 9pm

**Working Days** 6 days (1st &3rd Sat will be off)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our team as Phonics Reading and pronunciation Evaluators. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our phonics-based reading and pronunciation sessions delivered by teachers from the United States and the United Kingdom.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Evaluation**:Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native teachers.
- **Assessment**:Assess teachers' adherence to predetermined rubrics and guidelines**.**:

- **Feedback**:Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to teachers.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback. Demonstrate data driven approach.
- **Consistency**:Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.
- **Clear understanding of phonics.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in teaching reading and pronunciation using phonics, with a strong understanding of phonics principles.
- Familiarity with US and UK phonics curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback to educators.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital evaluation tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work remotely or in a specified office location, depending on company policy.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- UK shift
- US shift
