Phonics Tutor

We have an urgent requirement for a **Phonics Teacher only female for the 3 PM - 9 PM slot**. **It is mandatory to devote 3 hours a day more than 3 your choice.**

The applicant must be aware of Phonics, which includes all the letter sounds, long and short vowels, tricky words, and the segmenting and blending of sounds.

Working days: Monday-Saturday

We are a supercharged team of 80+ professionals who are passionate about early education and focused at building a strong foundation for young kids with the help of our teaching programs.

Role:
We are looking for a smart and experienced teacher to join the Learn2Read team. Someone creative has an excellent command of spoken and written English and can engage the kids in a fun and interactive manner. Some of the responsibilities include:
Getting an in-depth understanding of the teaching module provided by Learn2Read

Complete the required learning program in the designated time frame with the ideal result and outcome

Come up with creative and fun ideas to teach the kids with use of different props in every session

Collaborating with the Learn2Read team regularly

Providing the feedback of the kids on a regular basis to Learn2Read and maintaining the record of the same.

Requirements:
Must be a Graduate

Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre-primary level or kids between 3-8 years

Sound understanding and knowledge of phonics

Phonics certification OR Online EdTech experience

Strong command of the English language

Skill to deal with young kids with patience and empathy

Passion for teaching and belief in building a solid foundation for kids at an early age

Must possess basic computer skills

Must have a laptop with an internet speed of a minimum of 100 MBPS
