In your role as an Occupational Therapist, you will have the following key responsibilities:

- Conduct therapy sessions for children with developmental disorders, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their individual needs.
- Counsel parents, guardians, and caregivers on strategies to support their children's progress, providing guidance and resources to enhance their understanding and involvement.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address the specific goals and objectives for each child.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, documenting therapy sessions, and coordinating with other professionals involved in the child's care.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
