**The Data Solution Consultant is responsible for the daily efforts to provide a great customer and employee experience by effectively delivering real-time (intra-day) management with the purpose of optimizing resources to achieve business objectives. Key functional responsibility includes the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of how planning/forecasting staffing requirements translate to the creation of optimal schedules and real-time (intra-day) management to support multi-department operations. The ability to create forecasting and scheduling to that forecast is crucial.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide real-time monitoring via available tools (SQL, Google Data Studio, Advance Excel and Google Sheet) and workforce management techniques to make intra-day adjustments in an effort to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals / business objectives.**
- **Perform continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conduct real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans and coordinate with Operations teams to achieve service level goals / business objectives for a multi-site operation.**
- **Design and develop the dashboard with goggle data studio and goggle sheet.**
- **Maintain constant communication with Operations teams to coordinate needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted results.**
- **Produces performance forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis for multi-site operation for the given project**
- **Generates and evaluates staffing schedules, and ensures data updates into scheduling system. Generates short and long-term staffing models and provides recommendations based on analysis.**
- **Compares results to forecast and identify opportunities for improvement.**
- **Provide daily/intra-day performance reports to leadership with key insights of each prospects**
- **Must possess strong communication skills to ensure that department/Stake owners are kept informed of developments effectively, and to ensure that all are aware of issues**
- **Other related duties as assigned.**

**Experience**:

- **Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Advance Excel and other Windows based programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and have the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner.**
- **Must possess analytical skills essentially for reviewing information, analyzing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement with key business insights.**
- **Capacity Planning experience is preferred.**
- **Proficient with SQL, Google Data Studio, Advance Excel and Google Sheet.**
- **Design and manage databases and data flows to ensure smooth business operations**
- **Examine data, processes, and technologies to evaluate the current state and critical problems for both internal business functions and external client projects**
- **Experience in dash boarding using google data studio and google sheet to manage schedules, work flow, and statistical data**
- **Knowledge of programming language like python will be added advantage for data science.**
- **Minimum of 4+ year of relevant experience in performing Business/Data/Product Analyst/ WFM functions & Forecasting (specifically real-time management) in a multi-department/projects required.**
