**Job Title**: Tele Caller Executive
**Location**: Hilite Business Park, Calicut

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about the company's products, services, offers, or campaigns.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by engaging with customers and asking relevant questions to understand their needs.
- **Customer Queries**: Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, resolving any questions or concerns in a professional manner.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services, and close sales over the phone.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have expressed interest but not yet made a purchase.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record details of customer interactions and maintain an updated database of leads and customer contacts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers about their experience with the company's products or services, and relay this feedback to relevant teams.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment in sales strategies and customer handling.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages needed, e.g., English, Malayalam etc.].
- **Customer Focus**: Strong ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Good negotiation and persuasion skills to convert potential leads into customers.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and call center software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accurate in data entry and maintaining records of customer interactions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to the team environment.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a call center or sales role.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
