**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and site visits.
- Handle walk-in customers at project sites and give detailed presentations on property features.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and channel partners.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and update CRM database.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in Hindi, and English is preferred.
- Knowledge of Vadodara's real estate market is a plus
- Basic computer skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
