Job Description:
User Interface Design

User Experience Design

Personas and Information Architecture

Create UX Prototypes, User flows,

Wireframes for Apps, Websites and Portals.

Communicate with internal project Stakeholders

With a deep understanding of Software Product Design-UI/UX (creative aspect), knowledge and intuition of end-user challenges, be able to map user journeys through design thinking frameworks.

Analyze system function and performance requirements to support design concepts.

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, user interface mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences/ to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Capture and integrate feedback into product updates

Write design specifications that document the design for engineers to implement

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, and product managers throughout the design process

Translate business and user requirements into highly effective design solutions

Create low to high fidelity wireframes, user flows and prototypes to communicate ideas to multiple stakeholders

Work closely with frontend developers and engineers to implement design solutions

Maintain quality assurance through constant evaluation during product development

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)

Adept in software's eg: Figma

Should be able to communicate well and think in a solution-oriented manner.

BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in all phases of the design process including understanding the problem, wire-framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design

Experience rallying cross-functional teams around a design vision.

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

Portfolio of design projects

Knowledge of Constraints, Color Theory, Auto Layouts, Design System.

Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and Sketchup. Wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

Team Player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong conceptualization and visual communication abilities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
