**Reporting Manager - Vice President of Technology**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all local IT assets such as desktops, monitors, networking devices, conference equipment.
- Install and configure software and Hardware for users locally or remote.
- Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory, including DNS, SSO, and Group Policies.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly health checks on key systems.
- Ensure resolution/implementations/actions of incidents/activities within SLA.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls (IT Infrastructure Security).
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of IT assets.
- Maintain the status of inventory up-to-date in the tools at all times.
- Perform regular system checks and backup/recovery activities.
- Support DevOps and Application team on network infrastructure, AWS activities/issues.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

**Required skills**:

- About 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Network administration related areas.
- Knowledge of M365, Remote Device Management, Mail Exchange.
- Good knowledge of various operating systems especially Linux, Windows OS, and Shell scripting.
- AWS knowledge around IAM, VPC, Security groups, etc.
- Strong understanding of VPN tools and management.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security e.g. intrusion detection systems and intrusion prevention systems.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.Knowledge of Azure is appreciated but not a must.

**Education**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. CCNA, MCSA) is a plus.
