**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage Shopify store operations, website sales, and listings. This role will involve tracking key performance metrics, addressing website issues, coordinating between multiple teams, and ensuring that strategies discussed in meetings are executed and completed within the specified deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shopify Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, ensuring seamless product listings, accurate inventory, and optimal store performance.
- **Website Sales & Listings**: Manage website sales strategies, ensuring that all product listings are optimized for conversion and that promotions are aligned with business goals.
- **Metrics Tracking & Reporting**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website sales, product performance, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- **Team Coordination**: Act as the point of contact between cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce strategies.
- **Strategy Implementation & Monitoring**: Attend strategy meetings to ensure that discussed initiatives are being executed effectively. Maintain close communication with stakeholders to monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- **Website Issues & Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve website-related issues quickly, collaborating with IT and development teams to ensure mínimal downtime and optimal website functionality.
- **Deadline Management**: Ensure that all e-commerce tasks and strategies are completed within the deadlines set during planning sessions. This includes product launches, updates to the website, and marketing campaigns.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify areas for improvement in the e-commerce experience, making suggestions for better user experience, site speed, and overall performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Shopify management or e-commerce operations.
- 1year experience in similar role.
- Strong understanding of website analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with website troubleshooting and working with cross-functional teams (IT, design, marketing).
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with overall good percentages above 75%.
- Experience in digital marketing, especially in e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with SEO, UX/UI design, and other digital strategies to improve website performance.

Pay: ₹10,601.94 - ₹20,000.00 per month
