Aéromé is a leader in the Ambient Scenting industry. We dominate the market as official fragrance partners for distinguished leaders across diverse industries - from aviation and retail to hospitality and automobile.

After our success in the B2B industry, we’re all set to step into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market with two new brands and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team and spearhead our B2B and D2C presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Craft Compelling Content**: Ideate, strategize & execute engaging content for Instagram posts, YouTube videos, and other digital mediums. Utilize your creativity to captivate our audience and leverage interactive elements for enhanced engagement.
- **Community Building**: Host interactive sessions such as Instagram Live to foster conversations around fragrance, answer queries, and build a vibrant community.
- **Master the Analytics**: Utilize analytical tools to track audience engagement, analyze trends, and derive insights. Optimize social media strategies based on data-driven decisions to maximize reach and impact.
- **Stay Ahead of the Curve**: Keep abreast of emerging platforms and trends in social media marketing. Implement innovative strategies to maintain a fresh and dynamic social media presence that resonates with our target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling content for various digital platforms.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of building and engaging online communities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,308.76 per month
