As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting colleges, conducting targeted sales efforts, and ensuring follow-up actions to drive business growth. **Responsibilities**:
**Field Marketing**:

- Conduct on-site visits to colleges for product/service presentations and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions.

**Target-Based Sales**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

**Follow-Up Actions**:

- Ensure timely and effective follow-up actions with potential leads.
- Collaborate with the internal team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in both English and Malayalam, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively convey product features and benefits to diverse audiences.

**Hybrid Work Model**:

- Travel to colleges for field marketing activities only 3 days a week.
- Work from home for the remaining days, managing administrative tasks, follow-ups, and planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
