TCD Homes is working on a farmhouse project

TCD Homes is attempting an experiment.

1. To build a pyramid-shaped civil structure on farmland

2. The structure will be over 10acres of land

3. The structure will be made using RCC, Iron Blocks, Steel plated blocks, Hybrid composite sheets and carbon fibre blocks

4. The structure will have its own hardware and mechanical setup within the walls.

5. The setup is supposed to run purely on DC Electricity and DC components

6. The setup will have an internal DC wired ventiallation and temperature regulation system within the walls which runs on fluid coupling done by many motors and pumps connected in series and will have a steel channel for flow of water and air adjacent to each other for the temperature regulation using conduction.

7. The Set Up /civil structure will have many sensor units and hardware units to perform computing and communication among the devices.

8 the set up will have its own BIOS, Kernel, OS and AI.

9 The set up will be running on uniquely designing BIOS, Kernel, OS, and AI encrypted at binary level for security reasons,

10. This will accommodate 100 people at max and will be used as an Office/Home/Commerical set up such as a resort or hotels.

11. The set up will have a panic room/bunker, swimming pool, roof garden and wall-garden

12. The setup /civil structure/pyramid will be made mostly using eco-friendly waste material / particle board.

13. The structure will be cost-friendly and will be built within 6 months

14. we will use Iot and arduino tech to design the hardware

15. We will use Hybrid green composite as a material

16.We will generated revenue by Pre-sale to investor/Customer

17. TCD Homes has lab access at STPI Bangalore.

18. TCD Homes is working with mission to promote eco-friendly self sustainable AI based housing technology called I block technology

19. we will be selling at only 1000rs per sq feet (only land) and we will be paying investor 18% interest (yearly) on investing in our project.

20. We will be providing 50 year warranty and meintenance to our customers.

21. Advanced energy storage systems will be integrated to store excess solar power, ensuring a reliable energy supply even during off-grid conditions.

22. The structure will feature a centralized AI management dashboard, accessible via mobile devices, providing real-time data on energy usage, system health, and environmental conditions.

23. The structure will incorporate advanced security features, including biometric access, surveillance drones, and AI-driven threat detection to ensure the safety and privacy of residents.

24. The building will be powered by water flow inside the pipeline, airflow inside the pipeline (within walls), air flow and water flow outside the building, solar, AC Current supply, Steam turbine, and fuel-based generators.

25. The build will have inbuilt Supercapacitors for emergency supply of power.

We gain our customers only via 99 acres

We are looking for a sales manager to post ads on 99 acres and attract customers and investors.

Our plot price is 500rs /sq ft and construction cost is 500-1000rd per sq ft.

We will sell and customize houses as per customer needs as well.
