Roles and Responsibilities:
Academic Oversight:
Assist the principal in overseeing the academic programs and curriculum development in line with CBSE

guidelines.

Monitor and evaluate teaching methods, ensuring adherence to CBSE standards for effective pedagogy.

Coordinate with department heads to maintain academic standards and implement innovative teaching

practices.

Administrative Leadership:
Support the principal in managing day-to-day operations and maintaining discipline within the school.

Supervise staff activities and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the institution.

Handle student welfare and disciplinary issues, collaborating with teachers and parents as necessary.

Curriculum Development:
Work with curriculum development committees to revise and update the curriculum according to CBSE

guidelines and emerging educational trends.

Integrate technology and modern teaching methodologies into the curriculum to enhance student learning

outcomes.

Monitor the implementation of co-curricular and extracurricular activities to promote holistic development.

Teacher Training and Development:
Conduct professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their teaching

skills and keep them updated with CBSE policies.

Provide mentor-ship and support to new teachers, facilitating their integration into the school community.

Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.

Student Assessment and Evaluation:
Oversee the examination process, ensuring compliance with CBSE guidelines for conducting fair and

transparent assessments.

Analyze student performance data and collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for academic

improvement.

Implement measures to recognize and reward academic excellence among students.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education or related field.

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.

At least 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE affiliated school, preferably in a leadership role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, policies, and examination procedures.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning processes.

Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the holistic development of

students.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
