- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events, such as corporate gatherings, conferences, or social events.

**Requirements for an Event Coordinator**

An Event Coordinator needs a blend of education, skills, and experience to successfully plan and execute events. Below are the typical requirements:
**Educational Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s Degree** in a relevant field such as:

- Event Management
- Hospitality Management
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Certifications in event planning or management, such as:

- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
- Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
- Event Planning and Management Certificates (optional but advantageous)

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events, such as corporate gatherings, conferences, or social events.
- Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with vendors.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
