**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine biochemical tests on patient samples using automated and manual techniques.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment like spectrophotometers, auto-analyzers, and centrifuges.
- Ensure proper sample handling, storage, and processing as per laboratory protocols.
- Adhere to quality control procedures and document test results accurately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with NABL guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with senior lab technicians and pathologists for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain records of tests performed and ensure timely reporting of results.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the lab.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or relevant field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in a biochemistry lab (freshers with internship experience can apply).
- Knowledge of biochemical testing methods and laboratory instruments.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and laboratory best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹16,326.97 - ₹18,151.34 per month
