Job Overview

SDS is seeking a Junior Technician to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The Junior Technician will play a crucial role in supporting security setup and maintenance, working on-site with clients to ensure reliability and efficiency in security systems. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CCTV installation with strong technical acumen (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid experience in customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in wiring and cabling, demonstrating accuracy and adherence to safety standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of alarm systems is essential, showcasing ability to troubleshoot and maintain these systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability.
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
  • Work closely with clients, providing thorough support and technical guidance for their security setups.
