A solar project manager coordinates all aspects of solar energy system installations, from initial planning to final commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. They act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders, including engineers, installers, and clients

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:Developing and managing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- **Technical Support**:Providing technical guidance to installers and addressing any issues that arise during the project.
- **Safety Compliance**:Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed during the installation process.
- **Project Monitoring and Reporting**:Tracking project progress, managing risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- **Contractor Management**:Overseeing contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.
- **Budget Management**:Managing project costs, ensuring they stay within budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

- **Solar Technology Knowledge**: Familiarity with different solar technologies, including photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems.
- **Technical Understanding**: Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to solar installations.
- **Safety Regulations**: Understanding and adhering to relevant safety regulations and standards.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Effective communication and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
