**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and oversee daily logistics operations for fresh produce and grocery deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support (CS) team to align dispatch schedules and address customer delivery requirements.
- Supervise vehicle dispatch schedules and ensure optimal route planning for timely deliveries.
- Monitor driver activities, assign delivery routes, and ensure vehicles are loaded as per dispatch plans.
- Track delivery timelines, and resolve any on-ground operational issues to avoid delays.
- Ensure accurate documentation for dispatches, delivery orders, and stock movement from the warehouse.
- Maintain daily reports on dispatch and delivery status, and update internal teams accordingly.
- Liaise with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock availability and readiness for dispatch.
- Continuously work towards improving logistics processes and customer satisfaction levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic logistics software.
- Prior experience in managing drivers and vehicle dispatch operations is an advantage.
