**Job Summary**:
Pizza Wings is seeking a passionate and experienced **Field Trainer** to support the onboarding and ongoing development of team members across multiple store locations. The Field Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, reinforcing company standards, and supporting store teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct In-Store Training**: Train new team members and supervisors on Pizza Wings’ procedures, service standards, food preparation, safety, and customer service.
- **Support New Store Openings**: Lead training during new store launches, ensuring teams are prepared for opening day operations.
- **Reinforce Company Standards**: Monitor and coach existing staff on adherence to company policies, quality, cleanliness, and safety guidelines.
- **Evaluate Performance**: Provide feedback and coaching to team members and management based on training observations and performance metrics.
- **Develop Training Materials**: Assist in creating and updating training manuals, guides, and checklists as needed.
- **Travel to Multiple Locations**: Visit multiple Pizza Wings stores weekly to provide consistent training support and follow-up.
- **Communicate with Leadership**: Provide regular reports and feedback to the Training Manager and Operations team on training progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
