**Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Outreach**: Conduct outreach activities to attract potential students, including attending college fairs, high school visits, and community events.
- **Interviews**: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their interests, goals, and fit for the institution.
- **Information Sessions**: Lead information sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families to showcase the institute's programs, facilities, and campus life.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institute and its programs.
- **Admissions Events**: Assist in the planning and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, orientation sessions, and admitted student days.
- **Support Services**: Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advising and financial aid, to provide comprehensive support to admitted students.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in admissions counseling, and changes in admission requirements to ensure effective guidance for students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of students and families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
