We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our educational institution's team. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for recruiting prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational journey. Your role will involve building relationships with students, parents, and educational partners, as well as implementing strategies to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Recruitment:

- Actively engage in recruitment activities to attract prospective students.
- Represent the institution at high schools, college fairs, and other recruitment events.
- Admission Process Management:

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and informational sessions to evaluate applicants' suitability for the programs offered.
- Ensure compliance with admission standards and regulations set by the institution and relevant authorities.
- Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, guidance counselors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to address the needs and concerns of applicants throughout the admission process.
- Collaborate with academic departments and faculty members to communicate program offerings and requirements accurately.
- Enrollment Target Achievement:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets for various programs.
- Analyze enrollment data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust recruitment tactics accordingly.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the institution's visibility and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:

- Generate reports and analyses to track recruitment activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of admission efforts and progress toward enrollment goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or counseling roles within an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, student information databases, and other relevant technology tools.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, admission requirements, and trends in the field.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment events and activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
