Job Location: Kochi, Kerala

Reports to: Head Operations

Job Overview: The Academic Coordinator is responsible for liaisoning between the faculty and the

students to ensure smooth operation and completion of the scheduled programs and individual

sessions. They assist the faculty in conducting the F2F sessions ensuring logístical and preparatory

arrangements at the session centres

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Ensure smooth conducting of the Academic programs ensuring arrangements for the faulty.

2. Assist the faculty in all logístical needs, stay, and session preparation needed. Ensure faculty

is not inconvenienced.

3. Support the students for all queries and coordination with the faculty and eGurukul

4. Coordinate for hostel stay and transport arrangements for the students and should know driving.

5. Coordinate and follow up for fee collection from the student and ensure mínimal

receivables.

6. Submit fee reports, course reports and feedback reports on the expected frequency.

7. Support the faculty if needed in course material preparation.

Qualification and Experience:
Graduate in any discipline, however Science is preferred. Having 0-2 years’ experience as an

Academic Coordinator with an Educational Institution or University is desirable but not a must.

2. Working knowledge in Microsoft office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint

3. Spoken and Written proficiency in English and Malayalam

4. Planning and Organizing skills

5. Documentation skills

6. Interpersonal skills and coordination abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
