**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the counter/showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Generate bills/invoices and process cash, card, or digital payments.
- Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with store/warehouse for replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update the sales register.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in retail sales / counter sales / showroom sales preferred.
- Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of billing software / POS system will be an advantage.
- Should be customer-focused and sales-driven.

**Salary**:
As per experience & company norms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
