**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests.
- Provide personalized advice on study destinations, courses, and universities suited to their goals.
- Help students identify their strengths and align them with potential career paths.
- **Program Selection and Admission Support**:

- Assist students in shortlisting universities and programs based on their profiles and preferences.
- Keep updated with the latest admission criteria and deadlines for various international institutions.
- **Visa Application Assistance**:

- Provide guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for various countries.
- **Test Preparation and Language Requirements**:

- Provide insights on improving English language proficiency and meeting university language requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong communication with students and their families throughout the counseling journey.
- Address concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure a smooth transition to studying abroad.
- **Workshops and Events**:

- Organize seminars, webinars, and information sessions to educate students about studying abroad.
- Participate in education fairs and collaborate with university representatives to promote opportunities.
- **Market Research and Networking**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in international education.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, embassies, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-4 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in a study abroad consultancy.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of international education systems, admissions processes, and visa regulations.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
