DMC Coordinator

**The Position**
- The position as Department Coordinator has global impact and requires efficient collaboration and communication with different professional disciplines.-
- Perform administrative tasks for assigned activities within department.
- Ensure successful collaboration with other department coordinators as well as with managers and teams.
- Design, prepare and update content for communication/presentation/analytics/etc.
- Support and contribute to events, initiatives and other organizational activities.**Qualifications**- Graduation and/or post-graduation in business/office administration.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Department coordinator.
- Ability to handle PO process.
- Ability to understand the stakeholder’s perspective and present the same in the form of graphics/visual ( eg:via MS PowerPoint).
- Awareness in MS office and proficiency in excel.**About the Department**
- Global Safety Global Business Service (GS-GBS) was set up in 2010 as one of the hubs for safety case processing. We handle case processing and medical review of Individual Case Safety Reports from different sources (spontaneous, literature, solicited and clinical trials). We are additionally engaged in safety surveillance, safety medical writing, safety report submission, training, quality control of ICSRs, Argus configuration and maintenance, information technology quality assurance, training co-ordination and literature surveillance activities, including medical literature monitoring.**Working At Novo Nordisk**
