Shift Officer

**General Purpose & Objectives**:

- Ensuring compliance to Shift production targets as per quality parameters / shift efficiencies and yields by maintaining accurate and timely data entry & record keeping.
- Ensuringto follow GMP, GHP and Safetystandardsevery time
- Ensuring proper utilization of company’s assets &human resources

**Major Tasks & Activities**:

- Ensuring support to production in-charge in meeting the production targets with optimum efficiencies and minimum wastages.
- Coordinating with Engineering team for reduction in breakdown and increase in machine up time
- Ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards as per Company’s protocol by adhering master hygiene plan through GMP, GHP, &SOPs.
- Drive shift targets, shift efficiency, Yield, OEE & Kg/manhour and Throughput by effective planning.
- Adherence to Statutory norms as FSSAI, Weight & Measure
- Issuance & return of RM, PM as per production plan and coordination with Stores
- Ensure accurate & timely data capturing of shift wise consumption of RM, PM and maintain records as per requirement.
- Ensure product quality as per specification, recipe, regular monitoring give aways.
- Close co-ordination with Quality Assurance to reduce customer complaints
- Trainings and refresher course to existing, new joinees & contractual labour on QA&Productionparameters.

Ensure to Implement change initiatives and continuous improvement in own department and plant by implementing 5S, Kaizens, OPLs with innovative ideas

Ensuring compliance to all environment, health and safety goals and objective by developing safety culture in team and guidance to all stake holders

**Education& Working Experience：**

**Qualification**
- Critical: B.Tech / BE-Food Technology
- Desirable: Diploma Food Technology

**Experience**
- 2-3 years’ experience of working in the Food industry/Frozen industry

**Special Knowledge and Skills**:

- Experience computer knowledge for maintaining databases and making reports e.g. SAP / ERP / Windows
