Working within our functions departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses within India. Rentokil PCI is the leading pest control service provider in India. A Rentokil Initial brand, Rentokil PCI was formed in 2017 through a joint venture (JV) between Pest Control India, the number one pest control company in India, and Rentokil, the world’s leading pest control brand. Rentokil PCI aims to set new standards for customer service with operations across 250 locations in India. The JV brand also focuses on developing industry-leading service operations through the sharing of best practices, new innovations and the use of digital technologies. **Requirements**: The Field Trainer-Termite must support to the branches on termite control business - operations. He should supervise the critical jobs and attend & conclude the critical complaints. Must take trials of new chemical, equipment and system related to termite control. Also attend and close the termite complaints escalated by branches. Play major role in Implementing Termite Baiting system, TSPO Solo, TSPO PLUS services (innovation services) in PAN India branches. **Educational and background**: Minimum 12th standard passed from technician. Experience - min 5 years in operations. Preferably possess two wheeler with valid driving license **Roles and Responsibilities**: Should support the branches for execution of critical TSPR & TSPO Services on site. Provide technical support to the branches for termite control services. Attend and closure of the critical termite complaints escalated by the branch. To implement the innovation services like Termite Baiting system, TSPO Solo, TSPO PLUS etc in the PAN India branches. To conduct the trials in the field for new chemicals, equipment and innovation services. PPE/SHE items list and finalization for termite control service. Check service quality of the TSS jobs by visiting the sites. Impart training on Termite control services to technicials of the branches. Take an active part in Innovation in termite control service. Improve quality of Termite jobs to reduce complaints. **Key Result Areas**: Help to deliver the quality termite control services. Implement TSPO Solo & Termite baiting service in branches. TSPO- Complaint reduction by quality check and proper execution of the jobs by branches. Optimum stock of termiticide in the branchesStreamline PPEs usages related to TSS Service. **Competencies (Skills essential to the role)**: Proven for his skills in TSS - Operation. Termite biology knowledge. Termite baiting knowledge. Positive AttitudeReady to travel PAN India. Ability to work Independently. Basic Computer knowledge. Well Groomed.
