**Job Summary**:
The Branch Manager oversees the overall functioning and profitability of the logistics branch. They are responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high service quality, leading the branch team, maintaining client relationships, and achieving financial and operational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operations Management**:
- Oversee and coordinate all daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods and materials.
- Monitor route planning, dispatch schedules, and delivery performance.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Manage and lead a team of supervisors, drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance.
- Foster a positive, efficient, and safety-focused work culture.
- **Customer Service**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
- Work with the sales team to understand and meet client needs.
- **Financial Management**:
- Prepare and manage branch budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of the branch.
- Ensure cost-effective operations and resource utilization.
- **Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor fleet and warehouse safety and maintenance.
- Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
- **Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, costs, and customer feedback.
- Analyze branch performance and suggest improvement plans.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation management, 1 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics systems.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS, WMS, ERP).
- Ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
