**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, to address the diverse needs of learners.
- Deliver classroom-based or virtual training sessions on cyber security topics to individuals or groups, ensuring content is effectively communicated and understood.
- Customize training programs based on the audience's background, experience level, and organizational requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and threats in the field of cyber security and incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to learners, answering questions, clarifying concepts, and offering practical insights based on real-world scenarios.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and HR, to identify training needs and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and best practices related to cyber security training and awareness.
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Cyber Security, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
- Proven experience working in the field of cyber security, with a strong understanding of security principles, practices, technologies, and methodologies.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or instructional design, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in developing training materials using various tools and platforms, such as PowerPoint, e-learning software, or learning management systems.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners and create an interactive and supportive learning environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements related to cyber security, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or NIST.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in cyber security training.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and foster positive relationships with learners and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cyber Security Trainer: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- CISCO, CISSP OR CompTIA Security+, CEH Certification (required)
