**Job Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a basic understanding of digital marketing services to effectively engage prospects and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-quality prospects.
- Provide detailed information about our services and answer any questions or concerns prospects may have.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
- Provide support in closing deals by addressing client queries and facilitating communication between clients and the sales team.
- Track and report on the status of leads and appointments..
- Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation and conversion activities.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
