**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students about courses, career options, and enrollment process.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up regularly.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Coordinate with training and placement teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Represent the organization in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education or Counselling background preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling/admissions/sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
