Sales Executive/ Voice Process

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead generation and build a customer base by researching and identifying potential customers.
- Handling inbound/ outbound calls.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Solving queries raised, and explaining about products/ services/ offers to the clients.
- Taking regular follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Continuously update knowledge of products and services to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide excellent customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
