**Job Title**: Service Staff

**Job Location**: London Street, Aditya Mega Mall, Near Cross River Mall, Shahadra, East Delhi

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Assist customers in selecting their orders, providing detailed information about the menu options and making recommendations based on their preferences.

3. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

4. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.

5. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs.

6. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.

7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following the restaurant's cash handling procedures.

8. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of the house.

9. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of utensils, glassware, and tableware.

10. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food, storage, and sanitation practices.

11. Upsell additional menu items, desserts, or beverages to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

12. Work effectively as part of a team, supporting fellow staff members and contributing to a positive work environment.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Previous experience as a Service Staff or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Continental cuisines, including ingredients, preparation methods, and menu variations.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.

4. Outstanding customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking, processing, and cash handling.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

8. Basic math skills for handling payments and providing accurate change.

9. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.

10. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

11. Fluency in local languages (English and Hindi) is preferred.

**Qualification**:

- Graduated from a well known Hospitality Management Institute.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full-time position: Salary between 15,000 to 25,000 Rupees per month, based on experience and qualifications.
