**Role**: SQL Server DBA with RDS

**Job Type**:Permanent (Work from Office)**
Location : Hyderabad, Hitech City
Experience : 2 to 10 years
Mandatory Skills : AWS and RDS
**Shift Timings ** **:Rotational shift**

1. Strong Experience in Administration of MS SQL Server 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008 R2 and 2008 on standalone and cluster servers.

2. Ability to analyze and provide inputs pertaining to SQL Server DB architecture and Implementation Periodic monitoring of SQL Server jobs and configure Alerts.

3. Experience in creation of logins, users, configuring permissions and assigning roles to users.

4. Experience in in place upgrade and side by side upgrade and upgrade to new hardware.

5. Implementing and administration of backup/restoration, disaster recovery and space.

6. Monitoring plans by making space usage forecasts.

7. Monitoring of overall health of servers in different environments.

8. Identifications of storage issues and proposing solutions for same.

9. Analyzing data issues and providing fixes.

10. Leading team level initiatives/process improvements/automation

11. Releasing code changes and schema changes to production.

12. Direct written and oral communication with client technical team and managers.

13. Experienced in AWS (RDS, EC2, s3, instance migration/upgradation, RDS snapshot/cloning/restoration).

14. Knowledge in AWS VPC, security, DMS.

15. ITIL - Incident/Request/Change/Problem management

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
