Job Responsibilities:
1. Should Handle the exchange/returns requests.
2. Should work on the returns packets received
3. Should manage the data & make reports on excel for Exchange, Refund, Scanning & Tracking.
4. Should co-ordinate with the other departments & maintain a clear communication.
5. Should make sure customer gets a hassle free return/exchange process.

Job Skills:
1. Should be able to communicate in Hindi & English.
2. Should be able to communicate with customers over calls & mails.
3. Polite & pleasing attitude.
4. Good communication & convincing skills.
5. Should be tech savvy.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
