**Responsibilities**:
PF, ESIC, PT, TDS calculation challan generation and on line return submission.
To make sure the organisation complying as per state labour laws.
Liaising with various statutory departments and authorities. If required, need to go and meet concered officials.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance.
Preparing and maintaining statutory registers as per compliances.
Ensure the inputs reaches the Manager on time in way of various MIS.

Debtors Management. Preparing outstanding payment reports and sharing with the Manager Accounts. Follow-up with the relevant department for clearing of outstandings. Data entry in Tally.

**Job Requirements**:
Commerce graduate. Any specialised course in statutory returns or payroll will be preferred.

1 years of working experience in HR statutory compliance including Labour and Factory laws in a manufacturing concern. Experience of working on Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Bonus Act, Shop, Act, Factories Act, Employment Exchange Act, Contract labour Act, Payment of gratuity Act.

1 years of working experience in accounts back office.
