Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Accounts Executive. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, overseeing billing, invoicing, and payments, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and regulations. They will also be expected to liaise with clients regarding financial matters and collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless flow of financial information.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Management, Accounting, and Reporting
  • Proficient in Billing, Invoicing, and Payments Processing
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements in Accounting
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
