**We are looking for a diligent **Accounts Executive** with less than 2 years of experience to manage our financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

**Freshers will be inducted as Trainee.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally software.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including bill payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
- Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of Invoicing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software.
- Knowledge of statutory compliances related to PF and ESI.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle confidential information with integrity.
