**Responsibilities**: Write engaging copy that translates key ideas, launches, and objectives. Understand briefs from producers and ensure that copy meets expectations. Strictly follow editorial guidelines and the tone of voice defined by the brand strategist. Collaborate closely with strategists, producers, and designers to translate ideas effectively. Adhere to specifications for copywriting defined for launches and offers. Maintain copy in a repository, ensuring version control and correct naming conventions are followed for files, and archive all old versions. Review work before submission and create a self-review checklist. Provide updates on the status of projects to producers. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend design enhancements. Identify and communicate potential delivery challenges or concerns, seeking guidance from procedures to resolve them. Update status and tickets in JIRA, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date. Attend review meetings with the Art Team and suggest design improvements or enhancements. Capture learnings and create documentation for future reference.

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field. Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of branding and tone of voice guidelines. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience in version control and repository management is a plus.
