**Position**: Warehouse Incharge

**Location**: Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana.

**Qualification**: Any Degree

**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 CTC per month

**Experience**: 4 - 6 Years experience in warehouse operations and team handling.

**Warehouse Management**:
Responsible for opening and closing the warehouse on time, ensuring all security and operational protocols are followed.

**Team Supervision**:
Monitor and coordinate with multiple teams - Dispatch, Billing, and Warehouse staff - to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.

**Daily Gate Meeting**:
Conduct a daily team huddle to assign tasks, discuss goals, and set a positive tone for the day.

**Operational Oversight**:
Handle all day-to-day operations efficiently, including inventory movement, stock updates, and process adherence.

**Team Motivation**:
Maintain high team morale and productivity throughout the day by being approachable, supportive, and energetic.

**Reporting**:
Prepare and share daily operational reports with management, highlighting key updates, issues, and accomplishments

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
