We are currently hiring in our organization for the role mentioned below.

**Job Title**:Patient Counselor

**Job Locations**:Worli/ Thane/ Andheri/ Borivali/ Powai/ Sanpada/ Ghatkopar/ Pune/ Bangalore

**Shifts & Working days**:6 Days working followed by 1 rotational off (8.30 hours shift between 7:30 am to 9pm)

**QI Spine Clinic** is India’s first Spine Rehabilitation Clinic dedicated to non surgical treatment of back and neck pain.

In an era where popping medicines and being recommended surgery has become a common practice, QI Spine has changed the face of the game. With an algorithm developed over 12 years across millions of cases, it has treated back & neck issues in the most efficient and long-lasting approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
- Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
- Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
- Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
- Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
- Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
- Follow up with patients at all stages.
- Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patients.
- Strong hold on Communication and presentational skills.

We are looking for someone who has experience of front desk or retail industry.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
