Job Title: Social Media Specialist Company Name: Simon and Josephine Location: Panchkula, Haryana Outline: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us build and maintain a strong online presence across various social media platforms. Job Description: As a Social Media Specialist at Simon and Josephine, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve business goals and increase brand visibility.Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns.Use social media advertising tools to create and manage paid campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to outperform competitors on social media.Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and tools, exploring their potential for the company's benefit. Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeProven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Instagram, Youtube,) and analytics platforms.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and compelling content.Strong organizational and time management skills.Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
