**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive (3-4 Years Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.**:

- Plan and execute **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and PPC campaigns** to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage and optimize **ad budgets** for international clients across various industries.
- Create **engaging content, ad copies, and creative briefs** for paid campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and PPC dashboards.**:

- Stay updated with **social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.**:

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to **create compelling visual and video content.**:

- Handle **community engagement**, responding to queries and fostering brand loyalty.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **3-4 years** of experience in **Social Media Marketing & Paid Advertising.**:

- Strong understanding of **Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).**:

- Experience in **PPC Campaigns, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **SEO, remarketing, and lead generation strategies**.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.**:

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.
