**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct classroom and practical sessions on accounting concepts, GST, Tally, MS Excel, and other related topics.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials as per curriculum requirements.
- Provide hands-on training in accounting software and real-world accounting practices.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and tests.
- Guide and mentor students for internships, placements, and career development.
- Ensure completion of syllabus within the stipulated time frame.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting rules, taxation policies, and software updates.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and academic records.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth batch operations.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CMA, CA Inter preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, Income Tax, and Tally ERP/Prime.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students and explain concepts in a clear, practical manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Teaching/training experience preferred, but freshers with strong accounting skills may also apply.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
