**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth training sessions on SAP modules such as **FICO**, **MM**, or **SD**, both theoretical and practical.
- Design and develop course materials, training manuals, and case studies.
- Deliver training in classroom and/or online environments effectively.
- Monitor learner progress, assess performance, and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP features and trends.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide real-time examples and case studies for practical understanding.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in SAP training or hands-on SAP project work.
- Proficiency in at least one SAP module (e.g., **SAP FICO**, **SAP MM**, **SAP SD**).
- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
- SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
