**Job Summary**:
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-ups to drive the sales pipeline. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively present the company’s offerings over the phone.
**Role & responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
Utilize company-provided databases to source leads.
**Qualification of Leads**:
Understand customer needs and qualify them as potential leads for the sales team.
Ask probing questions to determine customer interest and fit for the company’s products/services.
**Presentation and Follow-up**:
Provide accurate information about the products or services to prospective customers.
Schedule follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
**Data Management**:
Document customer interactions, feedback, and status updates in the CRM system.
Maintain and update lead databases for effective tracking and follow-ups.
**Collaboration with Sales Team**:
Pass qualified leads to the Design team with detailed information about customer requirements.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates.
**Note: Strictly Don't Make a Call**
**Schedule**: Day shift
**Education** : Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year (preferred)
