**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.**:

- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging, on-brand visuals and captions
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project status, deadlines, and deliverables
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor content to stay updated and relevant
- Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Work closely with the content team to maintain brand tone and consistency
- Support the marketing team during campaign launches, promotions, and events

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or pursuing final year)
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, social media, or digital marketing
- **Excellent communication** and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube**:

- Good understanding of current social media trends, meme culture, and platform-specific algorithms
- **Strong writing skills**with a creative flair for **captions and storytelling**:

- Attention to detail, **time management**, and the ability to work in a team
- **Video editing/Reels creation**skills will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
